Is Empower a better choice than hiring internally?

Generally, hiring marketing employees entails heavy costs like hiring, training and management fees, fringe benefits, employer salary taxes, payment during downtime when no work is required, and firing/replacement costs. Going with Empower avoids all these costs. While having an internal marketing team becomes redundant when joining Empower, we do recommend having one dedicated marketing employee as a liaison with the Empower team. It speeds up the process, provides guidance and learning opportunities for your in-house resource, and frees up your time as the company head. In addition, you avoid purchasing expensive software—software that is included with your Empower subscription.
