  • Can I switch plans?

    You can always do so, you’re always in control. Most customers migrate to a bigger package, realizing early on the true extent of their needs…and of course enjoy a larger percentage in bonus credits. For example, the $1,000 plan gets you 5% in bonus credits, i.e. you pay $1,000 and receive $1,050 in purchasing power. On the other hand, if you go for the $10,000 plan, you’ll receive 15% in bonus credits, and enjoy $11,500 in purchasing power.


    You need not wait until your current plan is almost depleted to purchase a new plan. As always, your needs will determine your purchase pattern.

    Essentially, Empower credits are the currency of choice for using our web platform and mobile application.  You can do anything with your credits. Whether you request a certain task or a full-blown marketing campaign, or we recommend a plan of action, your credits will cover the assets required to put things in motion.


    If your credit balance is close to depletion, we’ll alert you before renewing your plan. It’s truly pay-as-you-go. No long-term contract…ever.

  • Are Empower credits refundable?

    While credits are not refundable, they never expire. So you can use them anytime you want. And since marketing needs never stop, something will eventually come up from your end.   • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

  • Can I have multiple businesses on the Empower platform, and manage them all in the same place?

    Yes, Empower allows you to manage multiple businesses within the same interface. You’ll need one subscription per business. How you split your overall business activity is up to you. If you control several corporations or subsidiaries, opening separate accounts is a given. If your company oversees several unique departments or product lines, you may also consider separate accounts. In all cases, we can, after the fact, merge data from all your going concerns to get a complete picture. Cross-entity data may reveal additional insight or patterns not readily detectable otherwise.

  • Can I have multiple members of my team using the app for the same company?

    Yes! Empower supports unlimited users for the same 99$ subscription.
